Who we are

An operating platform, not a treatment provider.

Encompass TX is the operating platform behind independently licensed recovery programs in California. Programs keep their own licenses, make their own admission and clinical decisions, and stay accountable for care. Encompass supplies the team and the systems that let them do that well, every day.

Many owners end up stitching together staffing agencies, billers, consultants and a dozen vendors, and clients feel the gaps. Encompass is one platform, one set of written standards, and one team that is trained, measured and held to the same bar in every program we support.

How we work

Clear lines, written down.

Licensed roles own the work

Every clinical and medical process is owned by an appropriately licensed role at the program. Operations never override clinical judgment.

Standards above the floor

Accreditation standards are our minimum. Our own written rules sit above them and are checked in daily work, not just before a survey.

Privacy first

Client information is handled under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, with role-based access for every team member.

No referral payments

Encompass does not pay or accept payment for client referrals, and never offers anything of value to influence where someone goes for care.

Owners stay in control

You choose how involved you stay. Month-to-month terms, 30 days' notice from you and 6 months' notice from us.

Our own people

Encompass hires, trains, pays and manages the program team. If someone leaves, replacing them is on us.

Psychologist-led clinical team

Clinical direction by a doctoral-level psychologist who also teaches at the graduate level. Encompass is an approved training site for a graduate psychology program, so clinical standards stay current and the next generation trains with us.
