Our
program is really quit simple. You rent one of our properties, and
while you live there we help you make yourself attractive to lenders,
so you can buy it!
During the rental phase,
you rent the house, just like with any other landlord. You pay a
security deposit and rent. At the end of your contract, if you choose
to move out, we use the security deposit to make any necessary repairs,
then refund the rest. There is no obligation on your part to buy the
house, and there is no obligation on our part to sell you the house. It
is just a rental.
The difference is that while you rent our property, we coach you
on how to improve your credit and better position yourself to qualify
for a mortgage, so you can buy a house! We know that after working with
us and living in one of our properties, it will arleady be your home,
so all that remains is to make it official!
When you're ready to buy, we'll determine a reasonable sales price,
based on current market values, and once your loan is approved, we'll
close the deal, and you'll become the new owner!

How Our Program Works |

1.
Make an initial deposit to take the property off the market (credited
to you
security deposit)
2. Pay your 1st month's rent and any additional security deposit (based
on rental history)
3. Pay rent on the 1st of each month. ($100/mo credit for
self-maintance & on-time payments)
4. Pay security deposit balance on the
15th of each
month. (spread out for ease of payment)
5. Begin our credit repair program.
6. When you're ready, we help you find a lender to finance your
purchase of the house.
7. At closing, your deposits and rental credits become
cash!
