Rent-to-Own Your Next Home! |

Our program is really quit simple. During the rental phase,
you rent the house, just like with any other landlord. You pay a
security deposit and rent. At the end of your contract, if you choose
to move out, we use the security deposit to make any necessary repairs,
then refund the rest.
The difference is that we help you get a mortgage to
buy the
house by working with you to improve your credit and build a sizeable
down payment by collecting a larger security deposit over the course of
your time as a renter. With a few thousand in cash as a down payment,
and a decent credit score, you're in a better position to get an
FHA-insured mortgage! |

How Our Program Works |
|
|
1.
Deposit $1,000 to take the property off the market (credited to you
security deposit)
2. Pay your 1st month's rent and any additional security deposit (based
on rental history)
3. We enroll you in a credit repair program.
4. Pay rent on the 1st of each month. ($100/mo credit for
self-maintance & on-time payments)
5. Pay additional security deposit of $250 on the 15th of each
month.
6. When you're ready, we help you find a lender to finance your
purchase of the house.
7. At closing, your security deposits and other credits become your
cash down-payment!
