We buy houses from people, banks, or companies that don't want, or can't handle their property any more, then we make them look like new. Once the houses are ready to live in, we help folks upgrade from apartments, smaller homes, or houses that no longer meet their needs, without the burden of massive down payments or requiring "excellent" credit. Our Mission At Encompass Strategies LLC we recognize that one of the fundamentals of a stable community is a sense of ownership. We also recognize that traditional home buying options are restrictive, requiring huge down payments or spotless credit, that many people simply don't have, in spite of their best efforts. Young couples looking to start a family often haven't been working long enough to build a 10-20% down payment, but need someplace bigger than an apartment. We can help them by moving them into a new home now, while they build-up the down payment to buy it.
