Inc? |

ENC
Realty Inc, a real estate investment and property management company
based out of Fort Worth, Texas. We buy houses from people, banks, or
companies that don't want, or can't handle their property any more,
then we make them look like new. Once the houses are ready to live in,
we help folks upgrade from apartments, smaller homes, or houses that no
longer meet their needs, without the burden of massive down payments or
requiring "excellent" credit. While they live in our properties, we
coach them on improving their credit, and help them reposition
themselves so that lenders find them more attractive.
Ultimately, our renters move on to become homeowners! |

mission is to help those who help themselves by helping them solve
their real estate problems! Be it taking
over unwanted assets or lowering barriers to home
ownership, we seek to be a compass to help guide people from

they are, to where
they want to be!
We
recognize that a sense of ownership in your home is one of the
biggest factors in building a safe, stable neighborhood. We also
recognize that traditional home buying options are
restrictive, requiring huge down payments or spotless credit, that many
people simply don't have, in spite of their best efforts. Add to that
the effects of the recent housing crisis, and for some home ownership
now looks more like a pipe-dream than the American dream.

looking to start a family often haven't been working long enough to pay
off their credit cards and student loans, let alone save for a down
payment on a house, but they still need someplace bigger than an
apartment. We can help them by moving them into a new home now, while
