Obviously, we have one reason for including credit repair as part of
our program:
We want our renters to buy our properties!
We require our renters to enroll in 2
months of legal credit
repair then
reimburse them for the expense. This eliminates much of the derrogotory
itmes on people's credit reports. We also counsel our renters on how to
better use credit, so they can maximize their scores.
We can not do it for you though. The renter must make use of the
lessons and take the steps to improved credit themselves.
